PRANIC/CHI KUNG ADVANCED ENERGY HEALING THERAPY
Prana in Sanskrit and Chi in traditional Chinese is that life energy which keeps the body alive and healthy—the vital life force. In Greek it is called pneuma, in Polynesian mana, and in Hebrew ruah, which means "breath of life." The healer projects prana to the patient, thereby facilitating healing. It is through this process that this so-called "miraculous healing" is accomplished.
Pranic Energy Healing is a comprehensive system of subtle energy healing utilizing Prana or Chi in balancing, harmonizing and transforming the body’s energy processes. This is accomplished by the understanding of how energy wave length travels in space and how it affects the different chakras, the three Dantians (three energy centers) and the DNA in the body. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TMC) is known as Emitted Chi (fa-chi).
Pranic Energy Healing is a simple yet powerful and effective method of healing. It is based on the fundamental principle that the body is a “self-repairing” living entity, which possesses the innate ability to heal itself, and on the principle that energy can be projected from one person to another. As a result, the healing process can then be accelerated by increasing the life force or vital energy on the affected part of the body.
In this process, influencing the natural life force restores energy balance, bringing about a healthier physical, emotional, metal and spiritual body. Healing is applied on the electromagnetic field also known as Aura, which contains the mold and blueprint of the physical body. This bioplasmic body absorbs life energy distributing it to the organs and glands. Diseases first appear as energetic disruptions in the energy field before precipitating as ailments in the physical body.
Pranic Energy Healing practitioners realign the whole energy system to help initiate specific biochemical changes to accelerate the body’s innate ability to prevent and alleviate a wide spectrum of physical, emotional and psychological ailments.
Physics delves deeper into the 'how' and 'why' of living matter. Recent developments present exciting new views of the universe. What was once thought of as impossible, such as the ability of light to exist as both a particle and a wave, is now considered fact. Moreover, advances in quantum physics, and concepts such as "action at a distance" and "non-locality" confirm the healing principles of certain types of energy work. Medical Chi Kung therapy is one such modality. Research in physics has demonstrated that the presence or absence of the experimenter influences the results of the experiment. Simply put, everything is connected; both within the body and without, near or far.
Basic laws of biomagnetism confirm the role energy plays in the functioning of the body as a whole. For example, Ampere's Law holds that electrical currents, such as those produced within the body by the activities of the heart, brain, muscles, and other organs, must produce magnetic fields in the space around the body.
Faraday's Law of Induction holds that moving or time-varying magnetic fields in the space around the body must induce current flows within the tissues. This accounts for the effectiveness of magnet therapy. Medical Chi Kung therapy also involves the movement of the doctor's field through that of the patient's, thus inducing current flows throughout the patient's tissues.
Scientists traditionally viewed the nervous and circulatory systems as the primary communication pathways of the body. They have extensively studied the known chemical messengers such as hormones, neurotransmitters, and growth factors. Bioelectrical communication has also been well documented beyond the nervous system, in which case the water within the body acts as a condenser of energy and a conduit of energy from one place to another.
Pranic Energy Healing is actively used and practiced in over 80 countries and numerous healing centers around the world. These applications in health and disease situations have significantly helped millions of people globally as they apply proper and intelligent use of pranic energy into their lives. As Fa-Chi energy healing has been used for over 5,000 years and was one of the first curative therapy ever recorded.
Norm Shealy, M.D., Ph.D., Founding President of the American Holistic Medical Association says, that “energy medicine is the future of all medicine.” He finds that the frequency of health problems are significantly reduced with the practice of energy healing.
FREQUENCY OF PROBLEMS IN U.S.
- Depression: Minimum of 120 million, probably up to 240 million
- Migraine: 30+ million
- Anxiety: 100+ million
- Fibromyalgia: 4 to 6 million
- Ruptured disc: About 500,000
- Chronic back pain: 100+ million
- Low or deficient DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone): 200+ million
- Osteoporosis: 100+ million
- Diabetes and metabolic syndrome: 76+ million
- Excess free radicals: 200+ millio
Pranic Healing and Chi Kung Healing is the same thing. Don’t get confused by the name Prana (Sanskrit) or Chi (traditional Chinese), they are the same thing expressed in two different languages and cultures.
SOURCES OF PRANA/QI
Basically, there are three major sources of prana: Solar, Air, and Ground prana.
- Solar prana, is prana from sunlight. It invigorates the whole body and promotes good health. It can be obtained by sunbathing or exposure to sunlight for about five to ten minutes and by drinking water that has been exposed to sunlight. Prolonged exposure or too much solar prana would harm the whole physical body since it is quite potent.
- Prana contained in the air is called air prana or air vitality globule. Air prana is absorbed by the lungs through breathing and is also absorbed directly by the energy centers of the bioplasmic body. These energy centers are called chakras. More air prana can be absorbed by deep slow rhythmic breathing than by short shallow breathing.
- Prana contained in the ground is called ground prana or ground vitality globule. This is absorbed through the soles of the feet. This is done automatically and unconsciously. Walking barefoot increases the amount of ground prana absorbed by the body. One can learn to consciously draw in more ground prana to increase one’s vitality, capacity to do more work, and ability to think more clearly―like in the case of Chi Kung.

In the palm of your hands are energy centers called chakras. Through a simple exercise the chakras will be activated. Once activated, these chakras will become sensitive to feeling others’ energy. You can scan the energy field to locate congestion/depletion and be able to cleanse, energize and revitalize the area with new prana or Chi. You will also learn techniques to stop the drain of energy on your body that many health practitioners experience while working on others. You will actually energize yourself while you are healing others.
Pranic/Chi Kung Energy Healing procedures are simple and easy to learn. However, behind the simplicity is a sophisticated technology similar to Acupuncture.
Pranic/Chi Kung Healing is currently being taught to doctors, nurses, massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, the clergy, homemakers, engineers and others in all walks of life. It has allowed them to heal confidently and consistently in the shortest learning time possible. They find Pranic/Chi Kung Energy Healing very effective and easy to apply.
THE BRAIN DETECTS EMITTED CHI
In his book “An Energetic Approach to Oncology” professor Jerry Alan Johnson Ph.D., D.T.C.M., D.M.Q. (China) presents a synopsis of clinical research on the effects of Chi emission and the human Brain gathered by Richard Lee, Director of China Healthways Institute, San Clemente, California, and Professor Lu Yan Fang at the National Institute of Electro-Acoustics in Beijing, China, and the Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine:
I had learned in my many years of research with the Electro-Encephalograph (EEG) that the human Brain responds to even the most subtle of stimuli to the body, so I reasoned that, if there were really any scientific basis to emitted Chi, it would show up in the Brain waves of test subjects who were placed in the path of these emissions. I expected to see no difference between the resting states and the Chi emission states.
What we saw was extraordinary. Within a few seconds after the Chi Kung master began to emit Chi, the subject's EEG would begin to shift. The EEG power spectrum was enhanced on all channels while the most pronounced increase was in the frontal lobe. Also, there was an enhancement and synchronization of the Allpha Rhythm in all channels. When the Chi Kung master stopped emitting Chi, the EEG would gradually shift back toward the baseline readings.
To determine whether infrasonic energy was a significant part of the emitted Chi, we used the infrasonic Chi Kung prototypes in the same experiment. It was located 18 inches away, directly behind the back of the head of the test subject. The EEG electrodes were attached as before. The simulator was activated for short periods of time and the results recorded. We found that the effects on the receiver's EEG were quite similar to those of the emitted Chi.
Our further research involved monitoring the various sensory-cortical evoked potentials during Chi Kung meditation, emitted Chi, and infrasonic Chi Kung simulation. We again found very similar results from all three stimuli. We found that a large portion Of the cerebral cortex was inhibited while other somatosensory cortex were excited. One of the significant findings of this study is that the inhibition of the cerebral cortex during Chi Kung meditation is clearly different from the excitation of the cerebral cortex that is measurable during sleep.
Through Acoustical Brainstem Evoked Response (ABER), it was found that the brainstem structures from the medulla to the hypothalamus were significantly facilitated. The brainstem plays an important role in regulating the functions of the inner organs, motor function, and emotion.
The implications of these studies were startling. Chi Kung masters can, without touch, voice, eye contact or any other traditional communication means, induce a clear, strong, and highly measurable change in a subject's Brain functioning. A synchronization of allpha rhythm indicates deep relaxation, and is closely associated with accelerated healing. Enhanced power spectrum in the frontal lobe is especially significant because the association cortex of the frontal lobe is concerned with higher motor action, higher sensory function, emotional and motivational aspects of behavior, and integration of autonomic function. Facilitation of the Brain stem, with its regulation of internal organs, may be a mechanism by which physical healing is induced or accelerated.
Despite these highly significant changes in EEG and evoked potentials, the subjects had felt nothing and had no idea of the profound changes taking place within them.
The findings of these studies are solid evidence that a Chi Kung master can induce real physiological changes in a subject from several feet away, and further, may help to explain the high rate of recovery from chronic degenerative diseases in groups of hospital patients under the care of Chi Kung masters (Figure 58.7). These studies also show that the infrasonic Chi Kung simulator can induce similar changes in Brain function and that, through Chi Kung meditation, a Chi Kung master can induce these same changes in his own Brain.
Scientific Controls There is much disagreement on how emitted Chi affects the Brain. Many doctors insist that Brain changes are psychologically induced, and that verbal suggestion, impressive hand motion, and the subject's expectations account for the observed phenomena surrounding Chi emission.
To test this, we had several people pretending to be Chi Kung masters treat the test subjects. The subjects were told that all were Chi Kung doctors, and all moved their hands in similar ways. We saw no significant changes in Brain wave patterns with the fake Chi Kung masters, but when the real doctors emitted their Chi, we repeatedly got the highly significant changes.
Even this did not satisfy many of the doctors who reviewed our work, so we repeated the study with animals. We monitored EEG in awaked rabbits and ABER (Acoustical Brainstem Evoked Response) in anesthetized cats as Chi Kung masters emitted Chi toward them. Even though there was no voice or eye contact between the Chi Kung masters and the animals, and the masters emitted Chi from several feet away, we saw shifts in EEG and ABER similar to those observed in the human subjects. This is a highly convincing result because all kinds of placebo effects are eliminated, yet modification of Brain function at a distance remains constant.
